Product Use

Please follow manufacturers directions and recommendations for ages and/or developmental ability of the user. If for some reason you are unsure of the appropriateness of a product for the user, email us with your concerns. We are not liable for harm resulting from the misuse of any of the products we offer.

Shipping

Orders will usually be processed within 24 hours. Please allow 7 -10 days for delivery. If an item is on backorder, we will send you an email to inform you of when to expect the item.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day money back guarantee for all unopened and unused products. Once the package is opened or the product is used, it cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Please email us at games@smartpicks.com before returning any items.
